Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit; ensure all components and manuals are included.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a courier pickup from your location or provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
